Your feedback will be fully considered and where appropriate influence the future development proposals. Any application will also include a Statement of Community Involvement which will report the feedback provided in this consultation exercise and how this has been reflected in the planning proposals.
Should Hallam submit a planning application to Harborough District Council, this will seek approval for the principles of the proposed development including site access.
Should the planning application be approved, we will then work with a housebuilder partner to deliver the new homes on the site.
